By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the website.
WEBSITE PURPOSE
This website provides general information about HeavyTech, its capabilities, represented technologies, equipment categories, and support services.
Website content does not constitute a binding offer, technical recommendation, warranty, or contractual commitment. A transaction becomes binding only through written documents accepted by the relevant parties.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
HeavyTech provides project-based equipment sourcing, industrial technologies, spare parts, maintenance, technical support, inspection, installation, commissioning, and logistics coordination.
HeavyTech generally does not maintain a fixed ready-stock inventory. Product availability, origin, condition, configuration, and delivery schedule must be confirmed for each enquiry.
HeavyTech does not offer equipment rentals.
ENQUIRIES, QUOTATIONS AND ORDERS
Customers must provide accurate and complete information about their technical, operational, commercial, and delivery requirements.
Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. Prices and availability may change after the quotation expires.
An enquiry, website form submission, email, or WhatsApp message does not create a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after written acceptance, completion of the required commercial documents, and receipt of any agreed payment.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Product descriptions, specifications, capacities, images, illustrations, and brochures are provided for general reference.
Final equipment selection must be based on the confirmed manufacturer’s proposal, technical documentation, operating conditions, and written quotation.
HeavyTech is not responsible for consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information supplied by a customer.
NEW AND PRE-OWNED EQUIPMENT
Brand-new equipment is supplied according to the confirmed manufacturer’s specifications and applicable written agreement.
Selected pre-owned equipment is offered according to its available condition, inspection information, photographs, operating hours, and documentation. Its final condition and included items must be confirmed in writing before purchase.
PRICING, TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written quotation:
Prices exclude value-added tax
Prices exclude customs duties and clearance charges
Prices exclude transport, insurance, installation, and commissioning
Banking, inspection, certification, and third-party charges are excluded
The applicable currency, payment schedule, delivery basis, and validity period will be stated in the quotation.
PAYMENT
Payment terms are specified in each quotation, invoice, purchase order, or contract.
HeavyTech may delay procurement, manufacturing, shipment, or delivery if an agreed payment is not received on time.
Ownership, risk, and transfer conditions will be determined by the applicable written agreement and delivery terms.
DELIVERY AND PROJECT SCHEDULES
Manufacturing, shipping, customs clearance, installation, and commissioning schedules are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Schedules may be affected by manufacturer capacity, shipping availability, customs procedures, site readiness, government requirements, weather, force majeure events, or circumstances outside HeavyTech’s reasonable control.
HeavyTech will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.

The customer is responsible for:
Providing complete and accurate requirements

Any applicable warranty will be stated in the relevant quotation, manufacturer’s warranty, or separate written agreement.

No warranty should be assumed unless confirmed in writing.
MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Maintenance, repairs, inspections, installation, commissioning, and technical support are provided according to the agreed scope, location, access conditions, personnel availability, and written quotation.
Additional work, replacement parts, travel, accommodation, lifting equipment, site preparation, or specialist support may involve separate charges.
TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS AND MANUFACTURERS
HeavyTech works with independent manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.
Their trademarks, product names, brochures, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. A reference on this website does not extend any manufacturer warranty or create obligations beyond the applicable written agreement.
